About CTCNet 2024

2024 Asia Pacific Conference on Computing Technologies, Communications and Networking

  • Communications and networking has evolved at a fantastic pace since the advent of the electrical telegraph in the 1830s and has had a tremendous impact on the world in which we live. Morse, Bell, Maxwell, Hertz, Marconi, Wiener and Shannon are just some of the many physicists, mathematicians, engineers and inventors who have shaped this evolution and who continue to influence our research to this day. Communications and networking technologies have also transformed the way we live and work. The world has become more digitized and connected. The proliferation of digital transformation has further accelerated the size and complexity of the network. As a result, network has become more challenging to manage and vulnerable to cybersecurity threats. The field of networking and communication includes the analysis, design, implementation, and use of local, wide-area, and mobile networks that link computers together. The Internet itself is a network that makes it feasible for nearly all computers in the world to communicate. Computing and communications research focuses on the advanced technologies that connect people through a global communication network, and the computational methods that provide access to information and the power to analyze data. These systems incorporate wired and wireless networks, cluster computing, cybersecurity, data science, and sensor networks.

2024 Asia Pacific Conference on Computing Technologies, Communications and Networking (CTCNet 2024) will be held from July 26th to 27th, 2024 in Chengdu, China. It is sponsored by Chengdu University, China. The main objective is to create an effective platform for researchers, and technical experts (including Communications System Developers, IT Consultants, IT Security Specialists, Network Administrators, Network Designers, Network Engineers, and Network Security Architects, ect.) to share recent ideas, innovations, and problem-solving techniques in the vast areas of computing technologies, communications and networking. Another goal is to promote the transformation of fundamental research into institutional and industrialized research and to convert applied exploration into real time application. It will be an excellent opportunity for both researchers and industrial communities to meet, discuss, and share their research outcomes. Prospective authors are invited to submit their original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publications in the conference proceedings.

All accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings, published by ACM in the International Conference Proceeding Series (ISBN: 979-8-4007-0960-9). All the papers will be published online in the ACM Digital Library, and submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

pay attention to

notes for paper submission

*Authors are invited to submit original full papers prepared in the prescribed format of at least 8 pages. Authors can include up to 4 additional pages at a cost of $40 per page. Electronic submission in PDF format is required.
*The papers should be written in English and clearly state the title, objective, method, results, and conclusion with major keywords.
*After receiving, the full paper submissions will go through a blind review process to check for originality, scientific quality, fitness/significance, novelty, completeness, consistency, and presentation.
*The papers should be original work of the author(s), and no portion of the paper (including, but not limited to, graphics and figures) has been previously published. The paper is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Further information about paper submission can be found on CALL FOR PAPERS webpage.

pay attention to

paper review process

*The submitted full papers will go through a thorough double blind peer review process. Initial submissions with a high similarity index will be rejected without review. For papers that are accepted for review, Program Committee (PC) members will be matched to submissions based on research expertise and interest. The papers will be evaluated by at least TWO independent qualified reviewers and the whole review process will take around ONE month.
*Authors will be provided with a brief time window to address the initial review comments. The revised manuscripts submitted by the authors will then be taken into account in the final recommendations, and reviews may be changed accordingly. The final decisions on whether to accept or reject a paper for publication and presentation will be made by the Program Chairs.
*In double-anonymous mode, neither the authors nor the reviewers are aware of each other’s identity. This way of review model ensures that the reviewers can give an honest and impartial evaluation of the papers.
